Unique Access Code (UAC)
Parties with the court proceeding pending before the court can get the receipt containing Unique access code (UAC) from the court administration officer presenting an identification document.
Having received the receipt containing court case number and UAC, service users will be able to have an insight in the case data after successful authentication at www.pravosudje.ba/predmeti (www.judiciary.ba/cases).
If the party requests the issuance of the UAC by mail
or e-mail, it is necessary to fill in the Request for the issuance of the Unique
Access Code (UAC). It is necessary that the party encloses with the request
proof of payment of the fee.
Necessary information on access and inspection of data web service users can find in the Manual for Web Service Usage at (www.pravosudje.ba/predmeti/uputstva) or get it at courts' administration office.

Tariff item 34.
Fee for issuing of the Unique Access Code (UAC)
(1)
A fee in the amount of 10.00 KM shall be paid for the request requesting the
issuance of the Unique Access Code (UAC) by mail.
(2)
A fee in the amount of 10.00 KM shall be paid for the request submitted by the
party via e-mail requesting the issuance of the Unique Access Code (UAC). The
request submitted in this way must be signed with a qualified electronic
signature.
(3)
The court is not obliged to issue the Unique Access Code (UAC) if the party has
not submitted proof of payment of the court fee with the request.
(4)
Payment of the fee referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Tariff item
shall also be subject to any subsequent request supplementing or amending the
original request, as well as any re-requesting of the Unique Access Code (UAC).
(5)
The fee for issuing of the Unique Access Code (UAC) shall not be charged in
case of personal collection of the Unique Access Code (UAC) in the court
office.
