PUBLIC COMPETITION for filling of the position of cleaner in the Cantonal Court in Livno
Based on Article 31 of the Law on Courts in the
Federation of BiH ("Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH" No.
38/05, 22/06, 63/10, 72/10, 07/13 and 52/14, 85/21) and Article 1, Article 4,
Paragraph 1, Article 21, Article 22, Paragraph 1 and 2 of the Law on Labour
("Official Gazette of the HBC" No. 10/22) and Articles 20 and 21 of
the Rulebook on Internal Organization and Systematization of positions in the
Cantonal Court in Livno, the president of the Cantonal Court in Livno announces
an PUBLIC COMPETITION for filling of the position of cleaner in the Cantonal
Court in Livno, namely:
Cleaner.........1
(one) executor for an indefinite period at the Cantonal Court in Livno
Description of jobs:
- performs office and court inventory cleaning tasks,
- expresses the need for cleaning and hygiene materials and submits a report on the funds used,
- at the end of working hours, checks the heaters in the offices,
- takes care of the orderliness of the area around the courthouse,
- carries out the transfer of inventory and fixed assets in court,
- performs other duties as ordered by the president of
the court and the head of the Court Management Department
General conditions:
- that he/she is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- that he/she is of legal age,
- that he/she has the general and health capacity to perform the duties of the position,
- that he/she has the type and degree of education necessary to perform the tasks of the position according to the rulebook on the internal organization of civil service bodies,
- that in the last two years from the date of publication of the public announcement, he/she has not been dismissed from the civil service body as a result of disciplinary punishment at any level of government in the Federation, i.e., in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- that it is not covered by the provisions of Article IX 1 of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate and that he/she has not been convicted of criminal offenses punishable by at least two years of imprisonment under domestic or international law for criminal offenses against life and limb, humanity, morals, public or private property, public administration and public interest or due to embezzlement in the public sector, unless rehabilitation has occurred according to a special law,
- that a protective measure, i.e., a security measure
prohibiting the performance of employee duties, was not imposed on him/her by a
final court verdict, and the duration of which did not expire by the deadline
for submitting an application to a public advertisement.
Special conditions:
- completed Elementary school
The deadline for
submitting an application for a public advertisement is 8 days from the date of
publication of the public advertisement in daily newspapers, namely Dnevni list,
court's website, and on the court’s notice board.
Along with the application,
candidates must submit the following documents and public documents in original
or photocopy, which must be certified by the competent authority:
- signed application with a short CV,
- certificate of citizenship (not older than 3 months), or a certified copy of the CIPS identity card,
- certificate of residence (not older than 6 months),
- birth certificate,
- certificate or diploma on completed elementary school,
- certificate that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate (not older than 3 months),
- certified statement that in the last two years from the date of publication of the public announcement, the candidate has not been dismissed from the civil service body as a result of disciplinary punishment, at any level of government in the Federation, i.e., in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- certified statement that the candidate is not covered by the provisions of Article IX 1 of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- certified statement that a protective measure, i.e., a security measure prohibiting the performance of employee duties, duties the position for which he/she is applying for, was not imposed on him/her by a final court verdict, and the duration of which did not expire by the deadline for submitting an application to a public advertisement,
- house list issued by the competent city/municipal office,
- certificate of time spent at the Employment Office for
unemployed persons.
The selected candidate will be required to submit a
medical certificate of medical fitness and other necessary documentation at the
request of the Court, before starting an employment relationship.
