Delegation of the HJPC BiH held a meeting with judicial institutions from the area of Canton 10
The High Judicial and
Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH), at the session held
on 17th and 18th January 2024, adopted a conclusion on
the need to hold meetings with judicial institutions in BiH, which is one of
the recommendations of the Council's External Audit Report, carried out by
international experts during 2023.
The goal of the
visit is to discuss current issues and problems faced by judicial institutions.
In this regard, a plan for visits to judicial institutions was drawn up and
adopted.
The meeting with the judicial institutions of Canton 10 was held on 26th March 2024, in the courtroom of the Cantonal Court in Livno, starting at 12:00 o'clock.
Delegation of the HJPC BiH consisted of representatives of the members of the Council and the Secretariat of the HJPC BiH, while in front of the Cantonal Court in Livno, the meeting was attended by the acting president of the court, Mrs. Ozrenka Vidačak, in front of the Municipal Court in Livno, Mr. Niko Cvitanović, president of the court, and in front of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Canton 10 Livno, Mr. Mladen Stojanović, deputy chief prosecutor.
