Judicial Analytics and Reporting Department
Main duties of the Judicial Analytics and Reporting Department:
• Defining relevant statistical reports on the performance of courts and prosecutor's offices and proposing to the appropriate standing committees and working groups of the HJPC BiH new reporting templates and modifications of the existing reporting templates in the CMS / TCMS;
• Professional support to standing committees and other working bodies of the HJPC BiH regarding the work of the courts;
• Monitoring and analysis of statistical indicators on the work of judicial institutions and preparation of regular reports and analyses for standing committees, working bodies and the HJPC BiH based on the CMS / TCMS data;
• Proposing measures and standardising practices to improve reporting and management in judicial institutions;
• Monitoring and research based on statistical samples (cases, parties to the proceedings, judicial office holders, general public, etc.) and proposing measures to improve the work of courts and prosecutor's offices;
• Providing support in supervising the application of the quota system and performance evaluation of judicial office holders;
• Defining reporting templates in the CMS / TCMS and collecting data for reporting purposes based on the requirements of domestic institutions, international organisations (European Commission, CEPEJ, UNODC, etc.), NGOs, media outlets, citizens, etc.);
• Collecting and analysing data, not available in the CMS / TCMS, on the performance of judicial institutions;
• Entering, updating and managing data in the existing databases and, in coordination with the ICT Department, participating in the assessment and design of software solutions/improvements for databases, systems and processes essential for supporting the operation of the Department;
• Participating in midterm planning, annual programming, monitoring and reporting within the HJPC BiH;
• Identifying, developing and implementing new and improved methods of work to support the development of the Secretariat of the HJPC BiH and realisation of the set goals of the HJPC BiH;
• Other tasks arising from the competence of the Department and other duties as assigned by the Director of the HJPC Secretariat.
