Integrity plans

Integrity plans of judicial institutions are internal anti-corruption mechanisms which serve to assess potential risks and other irregularities such as unethical and unprofessional conduct among employees.
Integrity plans involve a systematic assessment of the level of an institution's resilience to unprofessional, corrupt, and unethical conduct, the identification of risks, i.e., risky processes, and the proposal and implementation of measures to prevent integrity-related violations and improve the organisational setup and operations.
By developing and implementing integrity plans, the judicial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina demonstrate their commitment to the highest level of institutional integrity, as well as the personal integrity of judicial office holders and all other personnel.
